Valuations Senior Manager - London

We are working with an entrepreneurial advisory firm in London that is looking to hire a Tax Valuations Senior Manager as part of the growth of its valuation and deals advisory practice.

The firm already has strong deal flow across corporate finance, private client and transactional work, and valuations sit right at the centre of that. What they want now is a senior valuation specialist who can take ownership of complex work, act as a key point of contact for clients, and help shape how the valuation service is delivered and developed.

The work is genuinely varied and interesting: M&A and shareholder valuations, private client matters, equity incentive schemes, restructurings and transaction support — typically mid-market assignments where judgement and commercial insight really matter.

This is not a back-office role. You will work closely with Partners and Directors, have direct exposure to clients, and play a visible role in developing people, improving processes and contributing to the growth of the practice.
