Job description
Corporate Tax Partner, M&A
A leadership role where you shape the firm — not just the work
I am sure you would agree that leadership isn’t about doing more deals, although that is important. It’s about building a team, setting direction, and deciding what the practice becomes.
We are recruiting for a growing Corporate & M&A tax consultancy that’s adding a Partner — not to fill a gap, but to strengthen its leadership bench as the firm scales. The work is high-end and genuinely interesting: corporate reorganisations, shareholder exits, international structuring, and complex M&A.
What makes this different is the balance. You’d have the freedom to lead your way, the space to mentor and shape senior talent, and real influence over strategy — not just delivery. The culture is collaborative, flexible, and adult. There’s also meaningful participation in the firm’s future success through an all-employee share scheme.
If you’re open to a quiet, no-pressure conversation about it, we would be happy to tell you more.
