Job description
Corporate Tax Compliance Manager – Oxfordshire
A well-respected, growing accountancy and advisory firm is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Tax Compliance Manager to join its expanding tax team.
This role would suit a manager-level tax professional who enjoys owning client relationships and delivering a high-quality corporation tax compliance service, while also gaining exposure to a broad range of advisory work. The client portfolio is varied, ranging from entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses and early-stage companies through to larger corporate groups with international operations.
You will take primary responsibility for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring the efficient and accurate delivery of corporation tax compliance. Alongside this, you’ll work closely with partners and directors on advisory projects, including group reorganisations, MBOs, acquisitions and disposals, due diligence, R&D tax credits, international tax planning, share schemes, EIS, and complex tax enquiries.
This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking, inclusive firm with a strong reputation.
