Duties and responsibilities would include the following:

• The role will be a combination of both compliance and advisory work
• The portfolio includes a variety of sectors including of HNWI, company directors,
• entrepreneurs
• The role will support staff management and assist the team. Including developing their skills via training and coaching and though the appraisal process.
• Opportunity to develop new client relationships and involvement in business develop of the team. 

Prospects:

You will advance to senior manger in 12-24 months and have the option to make director. The head of tax has stated their aim to develop and grow this team and the need to promote at the senior level.
