I am recruiting for a highly profitable firm with a strong tax practice. The firm has grown organically and through acquisition. The success of the firm has partly been down to successful management decisions and partly down to securing senior hires that have added to the firm’s fee base. This is a modern firm that does not believe in creating a silo mentality or solely basing its partner remuneration on billing. In other words you get rewarded for the contributions you make

The role will involve you working with a strong business development partner and shadowing him. You will get to deal with the tax and financial matters of the client base and have the opportunity to develop your own client base (you will be passed on clients, which will free the partner to develop more) You will focus on succession, funding, investments and the tax efficiency and profit management of your clients. This is a position that will take you to partner.

You can be a generalist partner with a large amount of tax experience or you can be a tax specialist who wants to focus purely on the tax work.
