You will be working for a highly successful consultancy with strong financial backing and a track record of growth. You will be part of a highly successful and profitable sales team that keep breaking new records and will no doubt continue to do so. They have all the vibrancy and innovation of a start up with the clout and network of a large company. Their sales team are incredibly friendly and outgoing group of people who play as hard as they work.
What will I be selling?
This consultancy focuses on providing R&D tax credit claims for clients across a range of industries (Pharmaceuticals, Engineering, Construction, Automotive, IT to name but a few) and companies that include SME’s and Multinationals.
What will I do?
You will take responsibility for developing and maintaining existing business relationships and generating new work. The role will involve you meeting with clients and potential clients to discuss your companies offering, in addition to calling potential targets and exiting clients.
Typical KPI’s at this level are 100 cold calls a week, organise 8 self-generated meetings per month, attend 18 meetings per month and secure 6 new contracts per month.

•A great package and an industry leading commission structure. Your commission will be 5% of everything you bring in and you will also receive a company car once you’ve completed your probationary period.

What do I need to qualify?
You will need at the very least two to three years of face to face sales experience.
You will also need to be a confident individual with a high level of verbal and written communication. You must be educated to degree level and willing to travel UK wide.
Most importantly, you need to be ambitious.
