An opportunity has arisen in an international consultancy for a CTA (or equivalent) with a desire to specialise in R&D. This is an organisation whose shared vision is to be the best. You will project manage claims for R&D tax relief, conduct technical assessments and produce detailed client reports. The firm will ensure that your knowledge is maintained at the highest standard through ongoing training.
You will be on the front line of client interaction and so excellent verbal and written communication is vital. Due to the diverse client base, you must be able to form relationships and maintain them.
Management skills are also necessary for this position. You will be in charge of a team and have to ensure that all work produced is up to a high standard and that the work is meeting deadlines.
Most importantly… you will have autonomy over the work you produce here! The director, a very approachable person with a great deal of experience, does not believe in a ‘big brother’ attitude to the office. He wants professionals to think for themselves, pursue sectors that are of interest to them and produce great work without constant supervision.
I never said this job would be easy but the freedom you will be given, as well as the rewards, certainly make it worthwhile.
On top of the generous salary, this firm also have a great bonus scheme.
