This is a client facing role designed to provide direct support to the partners. You will have a high level of partner and client interaction and have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of the practice. The role has an advisory focus, however as your client’s advisor you will be expected to get involved in all aspects of your clients workload.

The firm has succession in mind and this is a position that will advance you to associate and then (should you want it) partner. A 5 year timeline to partner is very achievable.
