About the role:
As a Corporate Tax Director, you will engage in diverse and challenging work focusing on owner-managed businesses, as well as international business tax matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Directly managing tax affairs for the company and advising owner-managers on optimising their tax obligations.
- Handling complex tax issues related to acquisitions, sales, R&D, loan relationships, share schemes, tax due diligence, EIS/SEIS, and corporate group restructuring.
- Providing leadership, coaching, and training to junior staff members.
- Collaborating with various departments within the firm to enhance service delivery and client relationships.
