As a member of this team when you are ready to progress, you are promoted. This is made possible by the teams rapid growth. In the last two years the team has grown by 41% and is on track to double in size within the next five years.
The department specialises in middle markets work across global jurisdictions and is led by Big 4 trained partners and directors.
When you join, your main task will be to support the partners with their clients. Once you have got your feet firmly under the desk you will join the partners and directors in client meetings. This will give you the opportunity to see first-hand how your work affects your clients.
The director and partners are always accessible. They sit with the staff and will meet with you on a regular basis to help keep you on track and to ensure you are happy. To progress there is no red tape or long service needed you simply need to excel at what you do. In simple terms, you will need to demonstrate the necessary technical and soft skill sets needed to engage with clients on a regular basis.
Once at manager level, you will be responsible for the advisory work and overseeing the compliance work of your own portfolio of clients. You will join the directors and partners on client pitches. This will involve attending seminars, meeting referrals and other marketing activities. When you win clients you will support the client on-boarding process and add them to your portfolio. For these new clients you will be able to set up your own processes from scratch. This will be your opportunity to put everything you have learnt to the test. Ordinarily you would have to wait until you make senior manager/ associate director to experience this.
I have placed several Top 6 trained people into this team and have had great responses from all of them.
