Role:

• You will give advice on a diverse client portfolio and deal with matters such as; EMI, growth shares and employee shareholder status.
• Assist clients with exit planning, incentive and share scheme requirements
• Create reports of employee share schemes
• Give advice on a wide range of share schemes
• You will be supervising and mentoring junior staff
• Research and prepare proposals and formal presentations for prospective clients

Requirements:

Experience in employer solutions tax

ATT/CTA or equivalent
