Job description

This ranked practice has undergone a great deal of growth both nationally and locally. The team is expanding and has a strong need to bring on an ambitious individual who has the ambition to advance.
This is a ranked practise with a significant international network and a successful corporate tax team. The corporate tax team has no problem attracting work and is one of the most profitable sections in the firm. Clients are primarily listed companies and sizeable SME’s from a diverse range of industries.
Some examples of the work include M&A work, corporate reorganisations including demergers and reconstructions, TP, property taxation and a range of issues involving the UK and international companies.
You will be working alongside a head of corporate tax to develop further work from the client base. The role will appeal to anyone who enjoys dealing with technical work and clients. The role would also offer you an opportunity to get involved in BD work. In my opinion, this would be a great role for someone who enjoys dealing with a range of different responsibilities.
