The position will involve you working closely with a specific tax partner and the overall tax team and partners to service and grow an entrepreneurial client base.
The tole will involve you managing a variety of tax based projects, including corporate reorganisations, incorporations, share schemes, R&D tax, capital allowances, property transactions, corporate transaction structuring, tax due diligence and other ad-hoc projects.
You will not just be another number in this practice ( a cliche, but entirely true ) you will be actively involved in the strategic decision-making process and contribute directly to all the essential decisions concerning the London tax team.
