Clients include large SME’s and subsidiaries of international companies.

You will be dealing with a range of business clients, from small to large, offering them advice and support.

The role is varied and there will also be some mentoring of junior staff, business development and technical work.

Clients range from OMB's turning over several hundreds of million including OMBs, subsidiaries of larger international groups and charities.

The type of work the team deals with include: remuneration planning, tax issues involving acquisitions and sales, EIS, restructuring, R&D tax credits, cross border issues share schemes and everything involving the SME space.

There is plenty of scope to grow within the business, so if personal and professional development are important to you, this may be just the role for you.

You will need to be a self-motivated individual with experience in all aspects of corporate and business tax within a professional services environment.
