The firm

This ranked firm of accountants offers you the opportunity to join a successful team of business winners. The practice has a highly successful corporate tax consultancy and specialist team that has grown due to strong marketing and innovative ideas. The firm would now like to extend this success by further developing its consultancy offering. The practice is an established mid-tier firm with a strong footing in the middle markets. The firm works with quoted companies and entrepreneurial SME’s from a wide range of sectors. The tax team is backed by an effective support team and any
potential BD joining will have access to a large commercial client list.

The role

You will be responsible for managing your own sales pipeline and building new business. The firm has multiple product lines, which gives it a great deal of flexibility in the market. It will be your role to develop important relationships with intermediaries ( IFA’s, lawyers etc) in addition to making direct approaches to companies.

Prospects

You will have a great opportunity to earn in your first year ( 60-70 with OTE) and be part of a successful division. The sales director wants to double his national team in the next 18 months and it is envisaged that a successful BD can be a in a position to take on a leadership role in this time frame. You will be given full training on all the firms products.

What do you need to qualify?

•Proven experience in all areas of the new business
•Proven track record of closing business in a tax, accountancy or related finance environment
•Proven experience of business meetings
•Experience of dealing with an intermediary network

Travelling will be an important part of this role and the ability to drive is vital
