In this role you will be a member of an established team focusing on providing corporate tax services to a wide range of clients operating in a variety of industry sectors, including owner managed businesses. The role will involve you looking after a team of tax professionals, reviewing the compliance and dealing with tax consultancy work.

Example of technical work: M&A, advising on the tax implications of transactions, corporate restructuring, share schemes, CGT planning, R&D and ad hoc tax advise to SME's.

You will have the opportunity to progress towards a more senior role as the firm would like a manager with the potential to make partner.
