Key responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance the firm's VAT services across all locations
• Evaluate current practices and initiate improvements
• Streamline working pcesses for increased efficiency
• Offer practical VAT advice to a wide array of clients
• Tackle various technical tasks, including VAT groupings, partial exemption methods, reviews, and investigations
• Establish connections with internal and external partners, including law firms, banks, and other potential collaborators
• Mentor and train the Corporate tax teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams on transactions
• Participate in business development efforts, such as client presentations and training sessions
• Liaise with HMRC and oversee a blend of compliance and project work.
