If you’re looking for a senior tax position within an established and respected corporate tax firm, then we might have just the position for you. A London-based firm is looking for a tax senior to work onsite as part of the corporation tax specialist team.

Your role will involve working on a whole host of tax-related services, with a special focus on proactive corporation tax services. The clients of this firm are varied and come from many different sectors. 

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll work on many different tax duties for clients. You’ll work on corporation tax compliance projects for companies and groups and speak directly with HMRC relating to the clients' tax queries.

There will also be an opportunity to work on tax advisory projects, which you will conduct under the supervision of more senior members of the firm and in conjunction with the clients. These projects may include research and development tax relief, group tax planning, share schemes and valuations, venture capital tax relief, and preparing the tax sections of a company’s due diligence reports. 

You will have a path to the assistant manager and manager.  The practice has a great track record of promoting its people, and we can give you countless examples of this.

The right person for this role will have a mixture of professional and personal attributes that’ll allow them to excel in the position. You will be ATT or possibly a new qual CTA.
