The role:

The job is varied and challenging, and there are a few areas in which you'll need experience that we'll go through later. 

So what will you do in the role? You'll manage your portfolio of clients and assist with all compliance matters. You will also help run the portfolio and be an active player in tax planning projects. The clients of your portfolio will consist of high net worth individuals, as well as partnerships and trusts. As this is a more senior role, you will also support the team's more junior members, including overseeing and reviewing their work. You'll report to both the team leader and the partners and actively participate in the team's overall management.

On a day-to-day basis, you'll be responsible for a whole host of tax-related duties. This could be performing self-assessment tax returns for your clients, completing estate tax returns, or performing tax computations for things like property transactions and securities. The tax matters of high net worth individuals and groups can be complex, so the eventual duties will be highly varied and performed on an as-needed basis.
