Summary of the role:

• Working with the partners you will be responsible for the strategic direction of the private client and trust business. 
• You will come up with business development and marketing ideas and drive the growth of the team.
• You will study your teams processes and procedures and replace or improve upon the existing systems.
• Provide leadership to your team and ensure a high level of performance and happiness.
• Provide advice and support to clients in relation to income tax, IHT, Trusts. 
• Enjoy your working day and allow yourself plenty of time for your personal life and family!
