Job description

You will join as a consultant and achieve promotion within your first twelve months. This will be achievable, as you will have the support, the client base and the mentoring to ensure you develop into a successful indirect tax professional.

Early exposure to the firm’s best work.

This is a large international firm with a sizeable tax team. Unlike some of the larger firms, where partners and senior management keep the best work, this team's head believes in sharing.

This team is different.

If you identify extra work that you could be doing for a client, it will be yours to handle. You will discuss this with the client and win the work. Once you have done so, you can complete the work. This experience will make your day to day work more interesting, improve your client skills, business development and technical ability.

The Role

Your role would consist primarily of advisory work across a range of sectors. The firm is strong in several areas that include not for profit, FS, international work, land and property and corporates.

The firm

The firm is forward-thinking, progressive, based in the heart of the city. As a whole, the firm grows north of double figures year on year, with several teams exceeding this. The practice is tax led, and most of the high profile partners are tax partners.

The firm can still achieve high retention rates as their focus is the people, and they recognise and appreciate the work their professionals do.
