The tax team deals with a range of work: raising funds via EIS or from VCT’s, R&D, corporate reorganisations, advice on transactions, and general corporate tax compliance work. Clients are predominately fast-growing tech companies in a range of sectors that include Biotech and software companies. You will deal with companies at various stages in their life cycle, from equity-backed startups to AIM-listed companies with several rounds of funding behind them. 

The role is a mixture of compliance and advisory work.

The team is very friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed and professional.

You will likely be promoted to manager in an 18-30 month timeframe.
