This top firm offers you an opportunity to take a step up to partner. The practice is keen to bring on commercial senior staff to bolster its fee base. The firm is expanding rapidly and the only thing holding it back is high quality talent. The practice can give you tremendous amount of responsibility. You will not just be another number in this practice, but part of the strategic decision making process and contribute directly to all the important decisions.
You will join as a fixed share partner before moving to equity. The timeline will depend on you, but it can be anywhere from 2-5 years. Clients include sizeable entrepreneurial companies and larger names.
Work will involve dealing with clients from a range of sectors. You will advise clients on all aspects of tax planning, from UK only advisory work to international structuring work.
This is a progressive firm with ambitious plans. The tax team has seen double digit growth and the firm is investing to develop its people.
