Job description

I am recruiting for a profitable firm and in need of a personal tax manager with ambition.

Someone who wants to be part of a practice and really make a difference with their ideas.

The partners want you to take over the private client tax team to provide leadership to a team of tax professionals.

One of your first-year challenges will include you focusing on improving the processes and efficiencies of the team.

This is a client-facing role and will involve you dealing with HNWI’s and the intermediaries of the firm. You will manage the compliance process. Act as a mentor to more junior staff and create an environment to encourage and develop the ambitious.

You will manage a portfolio that will include some of the firm's more complex clients. You will also manage your team to ensure the work is completed to a high standard.

You will deal with technical advisory work on your portfolio and support the partners on projects.

This is a friendly and supportive firm that does not clock watch. So if you enjoy being part of something and want to work in a firm where you are not lost amongst the massed ranks of employees, this could be worth exploring.

This is a firm where you can progress to senior manager and be in a position to make partner.

Needless to say, they are all signed up to flexible working and work/home splits.

Take control of your career–join hundreds of other tax professionals who used our niche expertise to increase their salaries.
