We are recruiting for a private client focused firm, over two thirds of the fee base is generated from private clients. This means that you don't have a culture where personal tax professionals are “second class citizens” but are very much at the centre of things. The practice has won awards for its private client work and its people are known for their excellence. The practice is profitable and work is generated primarily by the firm’s reputation and referrals.
 
The culture of the firm is friendly and down to earth. Many of the Partners trained here and many staff have dedicated their professional careers to this firm.
 
The role will involve you working for a diverse portfolio of private clients. The role is advisory focused and will allow you to use your existing skill set, IHT and trusts, but also allow you to broaden your private client tax experience. Clients are HNWI’s and UHNWI’s. You will be given support and guidance for any areas you may be less familiar with.
 
The partners have a high level of commitment to the technical development of its people. You will have a structured career path, with regular appraisals. Promotion is based on merit and everyone in the team is provided with the guidance and support to develop. You don’t have to suck up to the right people here, you just need to be good at what you do.
