As a member of the team, your responsibilities will include negotiating settlements with HMRC, managing disclosures and investigations, handling Code of Practice 9 fraud enquiries, filing appeals, and resolving various disputes with HMRC. Working closely with Partners, Directors, and other team members, you will assist in resolving tax disputes for clients, preparing HMRC disclosures, and managing investigations, including those under COP8 and 9. This active role requires you to take ownership of your assigned cases.
