The role will involve you undertaking several challenges that include staff management, contributing to the strategic direction of the team, managing a portfolio of claims for R&D tax relief and tax credits and contributing to marketing ideas.
You will take over the line management of a team that includes tax specialists, engineers, software programmers and scientists. You will be responsible for your team's development and progression.
