There is an existing personal tax fee base, which you will inherit and a client list that you can mine to generate high-level advisory work. The partners want you to give direction to the private client tax team and shift them into more advisory work.

The personal tax team deal with a range of services that include Personal tax compliance, Residence and domicile, Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax, Property, Trustees, Estates.
Wealth management.
