The role:

You will be involved in the planning and completion of ongoing tax projects from very early on. The partners will encourage you to familiarise yourself with the clients to spot and act on opportunities. As part of this, you will undertake technical tax research into issues and draft relevant reports on your findings. Your other challenge will focus on more junior team members, acting as a mentor, confident and all-around tax guru. You will also supervise and review more complex compliance issues.


Prospects:

This is a fast-growing team that offers you the opportunity to process to senior manager. The partners will listen to what you want to do with your career and how you wish to develop as a professional. Depending on your specific level of expertise and knowledge, you could be looking at managing senior managers in a 12-36 month time period.
