Job description

If you’re a go-getting, ambitious professional, then you must be working for a firm that is equally as ambitious as you are.

We are recruiting for a Top international firm in London.

The firm has big plans for the future. Based on the strategic vision of the management board, it’s a firm that’s going places. To help take them there, the organisation is looking for fresh talent to add new ideas and new approaches.

So far, the firm has achieved success through its talent, organic growth, and implementing a smart strategy. The firm is led by experts who understand the market well and who know where to make investments.

The firm is making plans for the far future. They’re planning to grow rapidly over the next few years and have the financial backing to make it happen. Part of their success will come down to the feel of the company. It’s less corporate, more entrepreneurial. You’ll have a lot of freedom and responsibility within your role, especially compared to other firms.

Primarily, the firm focused on PE-backed companies from a range of sectors. Your job will be to grow the corporate tax practice through your leadership and the contribution of your ideas.

As a tax partner, you’ll have a hands-on role in the firm's development, including being an important component of the decision-making process. Ultimately, you’ll have significant involvement in the operations and direction of the tax team.

In The First Year

The first year will involve networking and growth to establish and nurture your network. You’ll also work on a business plan that you’ll use as a framework for bringing in fees both from existing and new clients. You’ll have the resources to hire the best talent around, who will help you to not only achieve your targets but smash through them.

If you’re currently a partner or a director with plenty of experience, then this position should be of interest. You’ll have plenty of scopes to put your experience to the practice, helping develop new business for the firm through your ideas, energy, and drive. This role will also appeal because of the high level of autonomy and freedom that it provides. You’ll have the opportunity to earn, all the while working on developing the tax niche that interests you the most.

If you’d like to know more about this role, then don’t hesitate to get in touch.
