This niche practice is going through a period of growth and is able to offer you an opportunity to play a leading role in developing the practice. Work will involve providing ad hoc tax consultancy, R&D tax planning and advice on structuring, transactions etc.

Some other aspects of this role include:

•To assist the partners in the development and growth of the corporate tax Practice.
•To deal with planning and other ad hoc assignments and in marketing the firm’s corporate tax function.
• To create tax project work from the firm’s existing clients and networks.
• To assist the partners and manager in the management of the firm’s portfolio of tax clients and to provide effective technical advice to the practice
