|Job Title||Corporate tax senior manager, niche tax focused firm|

The firm, as a whole, specalises in working with entrepreneurial clients. This collective effort of the firm to focus on these clients has enabled it to punch well above its weight and regularly win clients from the Top 10 firms.
As a senior manager you will be working very closely with the partners and supporting them in pitches for new business. You will be expected to contribute to the strategic decisions and leadership of the team. To put it bluntly, you will not be seen as a number, lost in a sea of numbers. You will be a key member of the team relied upon for your expertise.
The firm has a strong reputation for progressing staff when targets have been met instead of biasing promotion on time served. The partners have designed the structure of the teams in their departments to enable each person to have enough space to grow and progress without stepping on each other’s toes. The Head of Tax explained to me that this has enabled the departments to come together as a team because the bottleneck syndrome has been removed. When you join the partners will outline very clearly what you need to do to progress, giving you back control of your career.
If you want a position that will...
a) Give you access to clients with a range of interesting issues that will throw new challenges at you ever day.
b) Allow you to take back control of your progression.
c) Enable you to be involved in the strategic decision making of the department.
.....then I suggest you apply below.
