The tax team deals with a range of work that includes; raising funds via EIS or from VCT’s, R&D, corporate reorganisations, advice on transactions and general corporate tax compliance work. Clients are predominately fast growing tech companies in a range of sectors that include Bio tech and software companies. You will deal with these fast growing companies at various stages in their life cycle from equity backed start ups to AIM listed companies with several rounds of funding behind them.

You will have a consultancy focused role and one with a range of responsibilities that include.....actually thats up to you. The role can be designed around you and your strengths and the areas you wish to develop.
