Job Description

Clients include UK owner managed businesses, cross-border multinationals, banks and venture capital institutions. 


Examples of the work undertaken in the team includes: corporate tax team deals with: all aspects of tax structuring, exit planning, reorganisations, refinancing, TP, withholding tax, double tax treaties and a range of other tax areas.


The head of tax wants a go-getter with ambition to really add value and earn the rewards of the effort they put in. 


You will be an experienced partner with a strong network and a proven track record of generating work.
