Our client is seeking an experienced, ambitious R & D Tax Manager to join and inspire their tax team in London.
The role involves working in a specialist R & D Tax Consultancy, where talent and technology are combined to offer their clients an exceptional service.
The Team
The tax team are comprised of ambitious, forward-thinking individuals, and it will be the role of the R & D Tax Manager to maximise their output.
The team don’t just want to pass the time; they are focused on being exceptional and enjoying the journey as they do it.
This is an ideal role for someone who doesn’t strive for mediocracy – but instead, to be their very best and help others achieve the same. The team are hard-working, but they are friendly and will welcome you with open arms.
Your Role
The role of the R&D Tax Manager is varied. Your ultimate responsibility is to ensure R&D tax services are delivered efficiently and that clients receive an excellent service.
You will be solely responsible for managing the claims process for larger SME’s, large companies and complex claims. As well as managing existing clients, it is also the responsibility of the R & D Tax Manager to help bring in new business and ensure repeat business is a priority.
The training of junior members of the team will also be an aspect of this role.
