Ready to join the big leagues? One of the UK’s leading chartered accountant firms is recruiting a private client tax manager to join its private client tax department.

The firm specialises in corporate and personal taxation and financial advice and has an extensive client list that includes international groups, SMEs, and high-net-worth individuals. 

The firm’s private client tax department offers a wide range of personal tax services to its clients, including:

  • UK tax compliance services for non-UK domiciled and UK residents.
  • Advising on tax-efficient wealth structures.
  • Offshore trust administration.
  • Reviewing tax implications in relation to residence and domicile laws.
  • Mitigating capital gains and inheritance taxes.
  • Handling complex tax enquiries and investigations.
  • Property ownership management.
  • Assisting with employment taxation structures.
  • Providing tax advice to entertainers and sports stars.

In your role as a private client tax manager, your main duties will be:
  • To provide an exceptional level of service to corporate clients, drawing upon your experience and expertise to provide outstanding tax compliance and tax advisory services.
  • To provide technical support to the department’s staff and assist with their personal and professional development. 

On a day-to-day basis, your work could include:
  • Working with the firm’s senior management and partners to provide client planning and advisory services. 
  • Conducting technical tax research, reviewing current legislation, and identifying planning opportunities in line with the clients’ needs.
  • Managing work streams to ensure the department delivers outstanding technical advice on time.
  • Conducting work reviews of the department’s staff, ensuring their professional and technical development.  

There are great prospects in this team.  You can make senior manager in 18-36 months.
