This role is with a growing international corporate tax team of a top-ranked firm that is looking for someone to play a visible role in the next stage of its development.

You would take a lead role across UK corporate tax and international tax advisory work, advising clients on matters including OECD Pillar Two, cross-border reorganisations, M&A, international expansion and wider corporate tax planning.

The role combines technical leadership, client ownership and team development.

You would be the main contact for key client relationships, support partners on business development, help identify new opportunities and guide the team through complex technical issues.

There is also a clear progression angle.

As the team grows, the firm wants someone who can help shape the practice, strengthen client relationships and build towards a more senior leadership position.

This should suit an International Corporate Tax Director who wants more influence, more visibility and a clearer path towards Partner.
