Key Responsibilities:

Client Work:

• Oversee a portfolio that includes entrepreneurial and larger corporate businesses.
• Carry out corporate tax provisioning, compliance, and advisory work.
• Participate in transactional and due diligence work.
• Ensure excellent client service and maintain regular client team contact.

Staff Management and Development:

• Collaborate closely with Partners, demonstrating strong management skills.
• Conduct performance appraisals and monitor staff performance.
• Deliver on-the-job training for junior staff.
• Resolve staff queries and provide guidance.
