Job description
Corporate Tax Senior Manager | Advisory | London |
80-95,000
If you are already operating at Senior Manager level but wantmore advisory work, greater client ownership and a stronger route towards Director, this is worth exploring.
The role is advisory, covering corporate restructures, group reorganisations, transactions, due diligence, international structuring, share schemes, R&D and corporate interest restriction.
You will advise entrepreneurial businesses and international groups, including clients across media and technology, while working closely with Partners and Directors.
The firm
The role sits within a growing UK accountancy and advisory group that works extensively with entrepreneurial and owner-managed businesses. Its expansion has created a broader tax offering and greater scope for people to develop across advisory, client management and leadership rather than being restricted to one narrow area.
The opportunity
Lead complex restructures, transactions and international projects
Build direct relationships with entrepreneurial and international clients
Work closely with Partners and Directors rather than sitting underneath several management layers
Play an active role in winning and developing work
Mentor and develop more junior members of the team
Contribute to the continued growth of the advisory practice
The role has developed following the combination of an established London practice with a larger mid-tier firm, creating greater technical resource, a broader client base and more scope for cross-border work.
For someone ambitious, the attraction is not simply doing more advisory work. It is the opportunity tobuild the client, commercial and leadership experience needed for the next step towards Director.
Hybrid working is available.
