Job description
This is an opportunity to join a global, advisory-led tax consultancy at a point where the UK business is scaling quickly and Corporate Tax is central to that growth. The structure is lean and the platform is established, which creates a different dynamic to a traditional firm. You’re not stepping into a fixed portfolio within a defined hierarchy, but into a role where you are expected to build, lead and influence.
The client base is already strong, with large corporates, multinational groups and complex mid-market businesses, often with international reach. The work is predominantly advisory-led, covering areas such as cross-border structuring, transactions and reorganisations, with compliance sitting alongside rather than driving the role.
You will be leading key client relationships, driving complex projects, developing the team beneath you, and playing a visible role in shaping how the Corporate Tax offering evolves as the business grows in the UK and across Europe.
What differentiates this opportunity is the model. It is more commercial, less layered, and gives you greater control over both your work and your progression. There is a clearer link between what you build, the value you create, and how you are rewarded.
The business is growing at pace, supported by a global platform and access to high-quality international clients, which creates genuine headroom for progression.
The route to Partner is not theoretical. It is tied to contribution, impact and the ability to build.
If you are looking for a role with greater ownership, stronger earning potential, and a faster, more commercially aligned path to Partner, it is worth a conversation.
