The opportunity will suit a Manager or Senior Manager with experience in dealing with issues relating to UK and offshore trusts and their UK and non-UK connected beneficiaries.
Key elements of the role:
- Effective management of a portfolio of trust clients.
- Management of a team on specific projects.
- Identify long-term client issues and provide solutions.
- Deal with a wide range of technical issues and client situations.
- Provide intelligent and creative solutions to client tax issues both reactively and proactively.
- Write high quality tax reports, professionally presented documents, requiring minimal input from directors or partners.
- Provide planning and provide tax consultancy with regards to trusts and deceased estates.
- Analyse potential solutions and make recommendations accordingly.
- Present solutions to increasingly complex technical issues
