Ensuring Quality of Service

  • All our candidates have had a face-to-face interview with one of our consultants prior to any details being submitted to you. In exceptional circumstances when a face-to-face meeting has not been possible, we will advice you in the first instance.
  • All candidates introduced to you will have been assessed as appropriate for the specific role. This assessment will be based on our understanding of your organisation and requirements.
  • Creative Tax Recruitment will work to ensure that selected candidates are verified to work in the UK.
  • Creative Tax Recruitment will endeavor to obtain references from the candidate’s previous employer whenever possible.
  • Creative Tax Recruitment will not send the CV of a candidate without the express agreement of the candidate that he/she wishes to be represented by us.
  • Each CV sent to clients will include :
    • Candidates name
    • Salary details – current and expected
    • Residency status
    • Month and year of employment history
    • Reasons given for leaving each place of work
    • Gaps of more than one month accounted for
    • Current notice period
    • Professional qualifications (checked with the relevant institute)
