About Us
Directors
Medet Ali
A highly experienced recruitment consultant with extensive knowledge of the tax market, Ali has recruited for a diverse range of clients including the Big 4 and the FTSE 100. He has run successful advertising campaigns and contributed to building successful teams.
In his spare time, Ali is learning to speak Italian and enjoys playing golf.
Alexandra Gafur
With a recruitment career spanning 7-years, Alex has recruited for permanent and temporary staff for public practice clients ranging from the Big 4 and Top 50 to a variety of commercial clients including banks and financial services organizations.
Most recently, Alex has worked as a Consultant to central and local government advising on a number of recruitment-lead projects.
To relax, Alex enjoys running and having the odd cocktail or two.
Neil Masters
Neil is a qualified solicitor and tax specialist. He is one of the co-founders of Creative Tax Recruitment and a highly successful entrepreneur.
Neil Buckley
An experienced tax specialist with a Big 4 background, Neil is a big contributor to the overall direction and strategy of Creative Tax Recruitment.
Consultants
James Bain
Formally a senior recruitment consultant with a large recruitment agency, James has experience of also working for independent companies in the sales sector. He has dealt with a number of clients within the Big 4, Top 10 and FTSE 100 as well as independent firms within the UK Corporate and Indirect Tax marketplace.
James enjoys playing a number of sports, including squash and racket ball and likes visiting new countries when the opportunity arises.
Grace Lloyd
Up until recently, Grace was a professional scuba diver running her own successful business, making underwater films. She spent most of her time on live-aboard boats, capturing the tourist’s holidays on film.
In her spare time, Grace loves to dance salsa and is currently learning to speak Egyptian Arabic.
Victoria Knowles
Victoria has over 10 years sales and recruitment experience gained at a diverse range of organisations including a major international recruitment agency. The two achievements she is proud of the most include assisting in building up a successful sales team and embarking on a year’s sabbatical to travel the world visiting China; South East Asia and, South America - in addition to picking up a husband on the way!
Victoria enjoys travelling, swimming, reading and has her own kayak.
Constantino Sakellariou
With over 10 years in I.T. consultancy and more recently senior finance recruitment, Constantino has achieved seniority in the field and brings numerous skills and experience to team. He enjoys helping people and can’t help himself but to go the extra mile for just about anyone.
Amongst his many personal interests, he enjoys travelling and experiencing other cultures, exploring the country side and relaxing in a pub afterwards with a glass of local brew. Constantino also enjoys art house cinema, reading spy novels and has a keen in interest in architectural photography.
